Home Again Home Again Jiggity Jog!

It has been to long since my last post but moving is unbelievable and of course takes what seems like forever.  Aribella, Eric and I finally got to move back to Colorado!!! We bought a home in Littleton only a few blocks from my childhood home. We have been working hard and have transformed our 1975 retro home into a warm and inviting area for all who enter.

We have an amazing array trees, flowers and wildlife!  Thus far we have had four batches of baby birds, two sets of baby rabbits and even squirrels.  Our two forty foot Blue Spruce Pines create quite a little retreat for all the animals and us of course!

We wanted Aribella to have her own area outside where she could play, pretend and just hang out!  We are especially blessed to have found this beautiful home with all the room we needed to make her dreams come true!
And then of course we had to have our play area and we really lucked out here.  Our pergola covering a 10 person hot tub, BBQ patio and canopy covered table!

Moving on!!!

So without giving to much information I would like to tell you all that we will soon be making the move back to Colorado!  Eric has been stationed there with an Military Police (MP) company.  We are very excited to head home finally.  Utah has been amazing but we are ready for something new.  It will be so nice to be back with family and friends. Now we just have to sell our house and we will be good to go!!!

New Addition

So on Thursday we added another addition to our family!!!  He is an adorable Plott Hound Mix.  He is almost 3/4 the size of Angel and is only 12 weeks old.  It looks like I have finally got my big dog.  He took to everything very well and with the exception of the cats he is doing really well adjusting to his new surroundings.  He is for sure a lover and if you dont give it he will take it with force.  Too cute!!!  Lets all just hope the cats dont try to eat him and we will be good to go...

Disney On Ice!!!

Eric and I took Aribella to see Disney on Ice last Friday.  She was so into all the dancers she was drooling on Eric's arm.  She truly enjoyed herself and I can barely wait until they are in town again.  I think her favorite part was The Little Mermaid because of all the beautiful fish but Tinkerbell ran a close second.  She was of course terrified of Cars because they were loud and they used pyrotechnics to light the place up!!!  She definetly did not go without she ate popcorn, a snowcone, pop and cotton candy, she was wired and on the way home crashed hard.  She got to meet Princess Tiana and Cinderella and saw all the beautiful dresses.  Grandma would have loved it she would have been like a kid in a candy store.

After the show we took her to Build-a-bear and got her an Easter rabbit.  Of course Ari had to buy her baby a new outfit and shoes, so needless to say we spent a cool 40 bucks on a rabbit.  Even my real rabbit wasnt that expensive!!!  We took her out to eat at Tiphoon an Asia Fusion restraunt in Salt Lake for dinner.  We have the coolest daughter in the world!  She ate Miso soup with tofu, asparagus, coconut curry with mussels, fish and shrimp.  What other kid do you know that eats that stuff?  I dont know any so yea she is awesome.

We ended the night at Barnes and Noble where we picked up two Llama Llama books, Bear Feels Scared and a Disney Fairie Look and Find book.  She has her own personal library, mom would be proud.  While we were checking out Eric caught a glimps of a fairy photo and had to get it for Ari's room.  She is so spoiled rotten but who cares.  All that matters is that she had a blast and so did the two of us so hopfully you enjoy the photo's!

Home at Last!

At around midnight last night Eric finally made it home from Iraq.  With Aribella in tow it made for quite the night but they were so happy to see each other that all the other stuff just faded away.  We are so glad he is home safe and sound and that he will not have to leave anytime soon.  Yesterday was also Eric's 30th birthday which he spent going through 4 different airports, gotta love the military.  Oh well I guess we cannot complain to much because he is here and that is all that matters.  So a happy belated birthday to my amazing wonderful husband, I love you and hope that this next year is full of joy and great success!!!  I want to say thanks to all of you who have supported us over the past eight months, you truly are a blessing.  I dont think I could have done it without you!
